You may be wondering, what is The Greens? I’m so glad you asked! The Greens is a new residential subdivision set on the grounds of the former Southwick Country Club. Phase 1 of the project broke ground last year and we are excited to be celebrating our first anniversary! To date, we have sold 11 homes and home sites with 14 great lots left for folks to choose from on the west side of the development. 

A quick intro, I’m Meghan Hess and I’m part of the Sales team for The Greens. It has been so gratifying for me to be a part of a project such as this in a town that has such an impact on me. As a graduate of Southwick-Tolland Granville Regional High School, I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of bringing more people to this wonderful community. 

What has been my favorite part of the project?

It’s so exciting to see people’s new construction dreams become a reality. This project has given us an opportunity to help people through all aspects of building their dream home. From choosing the site, reviewing plans and meeting with your builder, we are there for you every step of the way. To be able to guide someone from an idea to a completed home is truly special. 

What’s next for the project?

We are still actively selling homes and home sites on the west side of the project. The East side of the project is now approved with the town, so stay tuned for updates as we move closer to the groundbreaking on phase 2 in 2020.
