Exciting News! Eastside Reservations Now Being Taken

Many of you have been waiting and watching the progress of The Greens of Southwick. We have been focused on the Westside since September of 2018. The Westside is well underway with over 75% sold or under contract.

Beginning January 2, 2020 we will be taking reservation for the first eight lots on the Eastside in anticipation of starting the infrastructure in the Spring. We have some beautful house packages and would be happy to discuss your house plans with you. We would also love to connect you with a builder that would help you turn your housing dreams into a reality.
