This week we are featuring one of those amazing local gems, Rehab Resolutions.
Do you have back pain, a sports injury, a chronic condition or maybe even vertigo? Right here in Southwick is Rehab Resolutions, a top physical therapy office offering physical therapy and more.
The owner Sofia Zanzarella opened the practice in 2004. There are now 3 locations, one in West Springfield, one in Holyoke and the one here in the center of Southwick.
As well as being a physical therapist and running her business, Sofia is licensed in a specialized technique called Active Release Therapy (ART) which can help with overuse or sports injuries. This is just one of the hands on therapies offered by the practice.
Additional therapies include massage, dry needling, and acupuncture. The West Springfield office is home to the Alter-G machine, an anti-gravity treadmill used for a variety of conditions including muscular dystrophy and stroke.
While Sofia is not busy in her PT Practice, she is busy planning and creating a new wellness center, opening this spring in Westfield.
